Proposed intervention pleading
Civil Practice Law & Rules (CVP) CHAPTER 8, ARTICLE 10
§ 1014. Proposed intervention pleading. A motion to intervene shall be
accompanied by a proposed pleading setting forth the claim or defense
for which intervention is sought.
