For Law Firms

Most gigs receive attorney applications within 2-4 hours of posting. For urgent matters, we have a network of attorneys available for rush service with less than 48 hours notice. The more notice you provide, the more options you'll have to choose from.

All attorneys on CourtGigs go through a rigorous vetting process. We verify bar membership, check for disciplinary actions, require proof of malpractice insurance, and conduct background checks. You can also view each attorney's profile, including their experience, bar admissions, practice areas, and reviews from other firms.

Client satisfaction is our priority. If you have concerns about an attorney's performance, please contact our support team within 48 hours of the appearance. We'll investigate the matter and work to resolve any issues. In cases of documented substandard service, we offer refunds or credits toward future bookings.

You can add attorneys to your favorites list and request them directly for future gigs. Many firms build ongoing relationships with per diem attorneys they've worked with successfully.

Once you book an attorney, you'll have access to our secure messaging platform to share case files, discuss strategy, and coordinate details. You can also schedule video calls for complex matters.
