Jurisdiction over persons, property or status
Civil Practice Law & Rules (CVP) CHAPTER 8, ARTICLE 3
§ 301. Jurisdiction over persons, property or status. A court may
exercise such jurisdiction over persons, property, or status as might
have been exercised heretofore.
