SECTION 33-A
Notify
General Construction (GCN) CHAPTER 22, ARTICLE 2
§ 33-a. Notify. "Notify" is used with respect to procuring the
attendance of a juror, is equivalent to the word "summon" as used in the
like connection, in the constitution and laws of the state.
