Transfer restrictions. Not-for-profit, charitable or religious organizations authorized to sell bell jar tickets in accordance with this article shall purchase bell jar tickets only from distributors licensed by the board. No not-for-profit, charitable, or religious organization shall sell, donate, or otherwise transfer bell jar tickets to any other not-for-profit, charitable or religious organization.
