Restriction on collateral use
General Municipal (GMU) CHAPTER 24, ARTICLE 14-BB
§ 387. Restriction on collateral use. Decisions, determinations and
orders issued by the bureau shall not be cited, and shall not be
considered precedent nor be given any force or effect in any criminal
proceeding.
