Death of joint obligor
General Obligations (GOB) CHAPTER 24-A, ARTICLE 15, TITLE 1
§ 15-106. Death of joint obligor. On the death of a joint obligor in
contract, his estate shall be bound as such jointly and severally with
the surviving obligor or obligors.
