Uniformity of interpretation
General Obligations (GOB) CHAPTER 24-A, ARTICLE 15, TITLE 1
§ 15-109. Uniformity of interpretation. This title shall be so
interpreted and construed as to effectuate its general purpose to make
uniform the law of those states which enact it.
