Insurance (ISC) CHAPTER 28, ARTICLE 45
§ 4506. Classes of membership. An authorized society may admit to
membership two classes of members: insurance members and social members
by whatever name known. Social members shall not be entitled to any of

this article, and shall have no voice or vote in the management of the
insurance affairs of the society, except that they shall be eligible to
be elected as officers and as representatives of insurance members
unless such eligibility is prohibited by the society's by-laws.
Insurance members may be either adult members or juvenile members.
