Other legal requirements
Labor (LAB) CHAPTER 31, ARTICLE 36
§ 1039. Other legal requirements. Nothing in this article shall
diminish the rights, privileges, wages, working conditions or remedies
of any employee under any applicable collective bargaining agreement.
