Responsibility
Labor (LAB) CHAPTER 31, ARTICLE 15, TITLE 4
§ 435. Responsibility. Except as otherwise provided the owner, agent,
lessee, manager, operator and superintendent shall be responsible for
the observance of the provisions of this article.
