Labor (LAB) CHAPTER 31, ARTICLE 21-A
§ 784. Recordkeeping. 1. Each employer shall establish, maintain, and
preserve for three years contemporaneous, true, and accurate records to
ensure compliance with employee or commissioner requests for data.
