Starting parked vehicle
Vehicle & Traffic (VAT) CHAPTER 71, TITLE 7, ARTICLE 28
§ 1162. Starting parked vehicle. No person shall move a vehicle which
is stopped, standing, or parked unless and until such movement can be
made with reasonable safety.
