The commissioner shall establish and implement a comprehensive pilot program to review and study the use of the internet for the administration and completion of an approved pre-licensing course as required by subparagraph (i) of paragraph (a) of subdivision four of section five hundred two of this chapter. * NB Repealed June 30, 2030
