discontinued, stayed due to bankruptcy, death of a party or military service, and/or the

motion has been resolved via email at QSCPart21@nycourts.gov. Please cc ALL parties

to the action on the email.

4. Please advise the court in advance of the necessity for interpreters on trials or other types

of appearances.

CSCP2 RULES

Part Rules for further guidance. The following email addresses may be used to contact the

iii. Hon. Claudia Lanzetta – CSCP3@nycourts.gov

iv. Hon. Delsia G. Marshall – CSCP4@nycourts.gov

2. The initial Compliance Conference Order is automatically issued after the Preliminary

Conference Order. The automatic Compliance Conference Order contains a date for the

submission of a Certification Order which states that all discovery is complete.

3. Parties are advised to consult the original Compliance Conference Order to ascertain the

correct part for a compliance conference. Please do not email all of the compliance

conference parts at the same time for a response.

4. A Compliance Conference may be requested by any party, on notice to all parties in the

action(s), if: (1) discovery is not completed as set forth in the Compliance Conference Order

and will prevent the timely submission of a Certification Order; or, (2) the parties have been

unable to resolve outstanding discovery issues, after good faith attempts have been made,

and a judicial ruling on the discovery issue(s) is needed. An attorney with knowledge of

the status of the discovery in the action is expected to appear.

5. A request for a Compliance Conference must be made via email to CSCP2@nycourts.gov.

The request must include the name of the case, Index Number, and the body of the request

mail a fully executed Certification Order to CSCP2@nycourts.gov for the issuance of a

Note of Issue date.

10. Motions regarding discovery disputes should not be made unless the matter has been

released from the compliance part for such purposes.
