Kings County Civil Court — calendar, hours and parts
Civil Court of the City of New York, Kings County branch
Next court holiday: Tuesday 3 November 2026 — Election Day. The courts are closed. Today falls in Term 11 of 2026. All court holidays and terms of court.
The Civil Court of the City of New York does not publish part rules for its judges individually, the way each Supreme Court justice does. What it publishes for each borough is the branch's own calendar and directory — and that is what is below, quoted verbatim from the court's page for Kings County. It does publish who sits here, so the 31 judges of the Kings County Civil Court are listed further down, split into the Civil Part and the Housing Part as the court splits them.
